NursingProxy provides academic writing assistance, nursing assignment help, Shadow Health and iHuman assessment materials, flashcards and related educational resources to nursing students. Our Service is intended as a study aid and reference resource.

When you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

5. Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Digital files, dashboard access, subscription access, custom academic support and other completed digital deliveries are final once access has been provided, except where required by law. Limited refund review may be considered for duplicate charges, non-delivery, inaccessible files that support cannot resolve, or files that are materially different from what was described. Refund review requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase via live chat.
