Return & Refund Policy
NursingProxy provides digital nursing study resources, downloadable PDFs, dashboard tools, and subscription-based study access. Because these products are delivered electronically and may be accessed immediately after purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Returns
Returns are not accepted for digital products, downloadable files, account access, subscription access, custom academic support, or any completed digital delivery. Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been provided, the sale is final except where required by law.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted. If you purchased the wrong document or selected the wrong study resource, please contact support before making another purchase so we can help you identify the correct resource.
Refund Review Exceptions
Although returns and exchanges are not accepted, NursingProxy may review a refund request only in limited situations, including:
- You were charged more than once for the same item by mistake.
- The purchased digital file was not delivered or could not be accessed after support had a reasonable chance to resolve the issue.
- The delivered file is materially different from the item description at the time of purchase.
- A refund is required by applicable law.
Refund review requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase through live chat or the contact details below. Approval is not automatic and depends on the circumstances of the request.
Subscription Cancellations
NursingProxy Essential and NursingProxy Premium are monthly digital access plans. You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period after access has been provided.
