Luna Morales is a 32-year-old at 38 weeks gestation presenting with decreased fetal movement for 12 hours and a non-reassuring fetal heart rate pattern on electronic monitoring. The Shadow Health Assessment covers maternal-fetal assessment, fetal heart rate strip interpretation, kick count documentation, Bishop score evaluation and differential diagnosis including uteroplacental insufficiency and cord compression.
